How do I become a Bullseye affiliate?
Visit our registration page and click the button that says “Click here to join”. You’ll fill out a brief signup form, then your application will be reviewed by the affiliate program manager. As soon as your application has been approved, you’ll receive an email saying so. If you do not get the email notification within a week, please feel free to contact us at affiliates@bullseyeglass.com.

Do I need a website to become an affiliate?
You don't need a website, but it is helpful.

After my affiliate application has been approved, what do I do next?
After your affiliate application has been approved, you’re ready to get started. You’ll get a customized affiliate link, and every time someone clicks that link and comes to the Bullseye website you’ll be identified as the “referrer”. If anyone purchases a subscription to our video lessons and you are identified as the “referrer”, you make a sale and earn a commission.

What sort of person is a typical Bullseye affiliate?
We strongly believe in our educational videos and want to focus our attention on reaching people who will have the most interest in them, and have the most to gain from them. With that in mind, our affiliates may be involved in glass in a number of ways. They may sell glass, teach classes having to do with glass, or they may be working artists. We don’t accept affiliates who have nothing to do with the world of glass.

What sort of content is included in a Bullseye video lesson subscription?
Bullseye Kiln-Glass Education Online is an ever-expanding library of educational videos that cover a variety of kilnforming topics, projects and techniques. We release approximately twelve new subscriber-only videos per year.

If you aren’t subscribed to Bullseye Kiln-Glass Education Online, we strongly recommend you do so to familiarize yourself with the content.

You can sign up here.

Where do I find the link to put on my website?
You can find the link, as well as embed codes for various banners, on your affiliate control panel. You can also view statistics related to your performance in the Bullseye Affiliate Program on this page. You may login to your affiliate control panel here.

How do I get people to click my link?
The most popular way is to post the link on your website. You may also consider adding the link to your email signature or posting your link on your social media accounts. But these are just three ideas. Get creative with it!

We do strongly recommend that you consider “pitching” the product before presenting the link to people. To do this, you should familiarize yourself with the content. How have Bullseye video lessons have helped you in your own kilnforming practice? How could you see them helping other people? A click is much more likely to result in a sale if you can testify to the value of the lessons in your own words.

If you need some help conceptualizing a sales pitch, feel free to email us at affiliates@bullseyeglass.com.

How does the link work?
The link includes three parts: the destination URL, your unique affiliate ID, and a bit of code that tells the web browser to create a “cookie”. So when someone clicks your link, they’ll be taken to our video lesson landing page and a cookie will be created that identifies you as the referrer. The cookie will normally remain on their browser for about a month, and during this time if they return to our website and buy a subscription to our video lessons you will earn credit for referring the sale.

How do I know it's working?
If you login to the affiliate panel, you can see the number of clicks and impressions your link has received. If you’re unsure if your link is working, feel free to email us at affiliates@bullseyeglass.com.

Are there any limitations to how I can promote my affiliate link?
We do not condone affiliate marketing tactics that involve spamming people, harassing people, or deceiving people in any way. Since you are, as an affiliate, representing the Bullseye brand, we must enforce a high standard of customer service. In cases where an affiliate does not meet our standard, we will review the case and make any judgments we deem necessary.

How much do I earn in commissions?
We give 15% commission on each subscription sold. Standard subscription cost is $39.00. Therefore, standard commission for one subscription is $5.85.

How is payment handled?
Payments are disseminated in US dollars and are paid quarterly through Paypal. (You must have a PaylPal account to become an Affiliate.)

Who should I contact if I have a specific question that isn’t answered here?
